Domestic Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your piece for any reason, we will gladly exchange it for up to ninety days after delivery. You also have the option to return your pieces for a full refund for up to thirty days after delivery. Damaged Orders

We take every precaution to ensure your pieces arrive safe and sound. Please open and inspect your pieces within 48 hours of delivery. At the time of delivery, if the package is damaged in anyway, please document the damage on your paperwork. If your items are damaged, missing parts or are incorrect in any way, contact your personal assistant within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make it right.

In the event of missing parts or minor damage, your personal assistant will send you the replacement parts as quickly as possible. You also have the option to return or exchange the item rather than receive replacement parts.

If your pieces are substantially damaged beyond reasonable repair, we will make arrangements to replace the entire piece or exchange it for something else. If the packing material looks significantly damaged at the time of delivery, you may refuse the shipment. However, we recommend opening and inspecting the merchandise prior to refusal.

To ensure proper insurance claims are filed, please notify your personal assistant of damage within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photos and details showing the nature of the damage. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges if your pieces were delivered damaged or incorrect.  

 

30 Day Hassel Free Returns

Love it or leave it, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in new condition without any assembly, modification or damage. Contact your personal assistant 7 days a week to begin a return.

If your pieces were delivered by a small parcel carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), pack the pieces up in the original packing material. Your personal assistant will either send you a return label or schedule a pick up. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used on the original purchase. It may take up to 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the items for the credit to process.

To return an over-size piece or freight shipment, contact your personal assistant right away. We strive to make the process as easy and carefree as possible. We will coordinate an appointment for a carrier to come to your home, pack up the pieces and hand deliver them back to us.  Your personal assistant will provide you with an approximate time frame for the pick up. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used on the original purchase. It may take up to 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the items for the credit to process.

 

90 Day Hassel Free Exchanges

It’s not always easy to make a decision. If you need a little more time to decide on your pieces, that’s ok. You can exchange your order within 90 days of delivery, no questions asked. All exchanged items must be returned in like-new condition with no damage, stains or modifications. Contact your personal assistant 7 days a week to begin an exchange.

If your pieces were delivered by a small parcel carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), pack the pieces up in the original packing material. If the original packing material is not available, please use sufficient packing to prevent damage during transit. Your personal assistant will either send you a return label or schedule a pick up. You will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit that can be used on any other order for up to 1 year from the date we receive the pieces back. All exchanged items are subject to inspection.
