Small Package Shipments

Small and lightweight items will ship via common couriers UPS, FedEx and USPS to your front door. Depending upon a shipment’s value, the delivery may require signature. The delivery courier will make the final decision whether or not to leave your package. Most small package shipments will be sent via ground service. Expedited shipping is available on certain items and may require additional fees. Small package shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday unless Saturday delivery is specified. Small package deliveries will not be made on Sunday.

Ground service transit time ranges from 1-10 business days based on geographical location. Expedited services include 3-Day, 2-Day and Next-Day with transit times being 3 business days, 2 business days and 1 business day, respectively. Transit times do not include production or processing times.  Depending on the shipment’s value, some small package shipments will require signature at the time of delivery.

Small package shipments, including expedited shipments, being sent outside of the Continental United States to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may require additional fees and longer transit times.

Over-Size Freight Shipments
Free White Glove Delivery

For more than 50 years, it has been our family’s business to offer superior customer service, especially when it comes to shipping. We understand the challenges associated with handling large, heavy and fragile pieces. To ensure you receive your order safely, we offer complimentary white glove delivery to many U.S. locations.

Your delivery driver will contact you 2-3 days prior to delivery to schedule an appointment that works with your schedule. Because we are not using large freight companies, we are very flexible with delivery appointments. Appointments can be made seven days a week, day or night. The driver will unload, unpack and place your new pieces safely in your home.

Transit times for complimentary white glove service varies based on a number of factors. Your personal assistant will contact you within 48 hours of completing your order and provide an estimated delivery window. Transit times do not include production or processing times. White glove service deliveries will require signature at the time of delivery.

Complimentary white glove service is not available on over-size shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories outside of the Continental United States and may exclude some areas within the Continental United States.

Over-Size Freight Shipments
Free In-Home Delivery

Free full service in-home delivery is available to most areas within the Continental United States. We have partnered with specialized carriers and delivery teams across the country allowing us to deliver your shipment when white glove service is not available.

Once your merchandise has arrived at the local warehouse, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and 4-hour appointment window. After scheduling the appointment, contact your personal assistant and provide the delivery date.   We will then schedule to have your pieces unpacked and placed in your home.

On the day of delivery, the driver will unload your shipment into your garage or the first room of the house. The following business day, a trained delivery team will unpack and place the pieces in your home and haul away any debris.

Transit times for in-home delivery varies based on a number of factors. Your personal assistant will contact you within 48 hours of completing your order and provide an estimated delivery window. Transit times do not include production or processing times.  Delivery appointments made with the carrier cannot be guaranteed. In-home deliveries will require signature at the time of delivery.

In-home delivery is available on most over-size shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories outside of the Continental United States. Longer transit times and additional fees may apply.

Over-Size Freight Shipments
Free Curbside Delivery

Curbside service is the fastest shipping method on over-size orders and is always offered at no additional cost. We have partnered with specialized carriers offering nationwide delivery allowing us to deliver your shipment much quicker.

Once your merchandise has arrived at the local warehouse, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and 4-hour appointment window. On the day of delivery, the driver will unload your shipment curbside and you will be responsible for unpacking and transport into your home.

Transit times for complimentary curbside delivery service varies based on a number of factors. Your personal assistant will contact you within 48 hours of completing your order and provide an estimated delivery window. Transit times do not include production or processing times.   Delivery appointments made with the carrier cannot be guaranteed. Complimentary curbside service deliveries will require signature at the time of delivery.

Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your pieces arrive safe and sound. Please open and inspect your pieces within 48 hours of delivery. At the time of delivery, if the package is damaged in anyway, please document the damage on your paperwork. If your items are delivered damaged, missing parts or are incorrect in any way, contact your personal assistant right away so that we can make it right. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.

In the event of missing parts or minor damage, your personal assistant will send you the replacement parts as quickly as possible. You also have the option to return or exchange the item rather than receive replacement parts.

If your pieces are substantially damaged beyond reasonable repair, we will make arrangements to replace the entire piece or exchange it for something else. If the packing material looks significantly damaged at the time of delivery, you may refuse the shipment. However, we recommend opening and inspecting the merchandise prior to refusal.

To ensure proper insurance claims are filed, please notify your personal assistant of damage within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photos and details showing the nature of the damage. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges if your pieces were delivered damaged or incorrect.
