Stately Doors & Windows Warranty

Our warranty is rooted in two basic beliefs:

  1. Our customers must receive the products and/or services they purchased, without exception.
  2. If a customer does not receive what they purchased, we will ensure they are made whole through one or both of the following methods (and we reserve the sole right to select the method): 
  1. We will correct, improve, repair, deliver, or otherwise provide the products and services that the customer purchased. This is almost always the first and best choice.
  2. We will provide a refund to the customer commensurate with the shortfalls in the products and/or services they received. This is rare and is only appropriate if we are unable to provide the products and/or services originally paid for.
